Eve Framiñan
Eve brings over 25 years of HR and leadership experience to TPO’s leadership team. Eve joined TPO in 1998, became a partner of the firm in 2003, and President in 2007. Prior to joining TPO, Eve worked for Carlson Wagonlit Travel, a global travel management and consulting company, capping her career there as Director of Field Human Resources, North America. Eve brings to her HR work a business perspective developed in her early work as General Manager of J.L. Honigberg and Associates gourmet food brokerage company, Import Manager for Gourmand Incorporated, and General Manager of of two different local restaurants. Eve’s HR consulting spans the full range of human resource functions including strategic planning, employee relations, total rewards, talent acquisition and management, compliance, training, and corporate culture development. Eve’s has experience with a wide variety of industries professional services, government contractors and non-profits. Eve has a B.A. in Government from University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from George Mason University.

Marybeth Bonnar
Marybeth brings over 20 years of HR and operating experience to TPO’s leadership team. Marybeth was the second employee at TPO, became a partner of the firm in 1999, and Executive Vice President in 2003. She is responsible for all aspects of the client/consultant relationship including staff selection, client engagement, professional development, impact measurement, and quality.  Prior to joining TPO in 1996, Marybeth worked for Britches of Georgetowne, a Washington-based national retailer with over 100 locations, capping her career there as Manager of Compensation and Benefits.  Prior to Britches, Marybeth spent several years as an Associate with Robert R. Schuldt & Associates, LTD, a Washington area human resources consulting firm. Marybeth has a B.A. in Marketing from Virginia Tech.

Jim Hemgen
Jim brings 20 years of sales, technology and operating experience to TPO’s leadership team. He is responsible for all aspects of client acquisition, marketing research, and competitive analysis.  Prior to joining TPO in 2007, Jim filled either regional or national sales roles with Ceridian, Incepture (a Blue Cross Blue Shield Subsidiary), Computer Education Services Corporation (a Sun Capital Partners company), and Cellular One.  Jim is on the Adjunct Faculty of Frederick Community College teaching a variety of IT courses, and has a B.S. in Business Education from the University of Maryland, College Park.
