Eve FraminanEve Framiñan

Eve is responsible for the strategic leadership of the company and brings over 25 years of HR and leadership experience to TPO’s executive team.  Eve joined TPO in 1998, became a partner of the firm in 2003, and President in 2007.  Prior to joining TPO, Eve worked for Carlson Wagonlit Travel, a global travel management and consulting company, capping her career there as Director of Field Human Resources, North America.  Eve brings to TPO’s HR work a business perspective developed in her early work as General Manager of J.L. Honigberg and Associates gourmet food brokerage company, Import Manager for Gourmand Incorporated, and General Manager of two different local restaurants.  Eve’s HR consulting has spanned the full range of human resource functions including strategic planning, employee relations, total rewards, talent acquisition and management, compliance, training, and corporate culture development. Eve has experience with a wide variety of industries including professional services, government contractors and non-profits.  Eve has a B.A. in Government from University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from George Mason University.

Linda Veblen

Linda is part of the team responsible for the quality of service provided by TPO and works directly with clients and their TPO consultants to link their human resource initiatives with the client’s strategic goals, monitor performance and track results.  She brings over 35 years of HR leadership experience to her role on TPO’s leadership team.  Linda joined TPO in 2005 and was promoted to Consulting Engagement Director in 2007.  She began her HR career in several HR roles at Cargill, Inc. (commodities) and Kelly-Moore Company (home improvement).  From the corporate world, Linda entered the consulting arena serving first with Young Associates (HR management consulting for high-technology) and later with Enterprise Consulting in Washington, D.C. working with a team of consultants assisting client companies with answering strategic business questions.  Returning to the private sector, Linda accepted a senior HR role with Florance, Eichbaum, Esocoff, King Architects (architecture).  Linda capped her pre-TPO career as Vice President for HR at Ruesch International, a multinational financial services company specializing in foreign funds transfers.  Linda has a Masters of International Management from American Graduate School of International Management and a BA in Government from the University of Arizona.

Sharon Raden

Sharon is responsible for developing new TPO products and services and working with partners, vendors and the staff to improve the quality and productivity of TPO service delivery.  She brings over 20 years of HR leadership to her role on TPO’s leadership team.  Sharon joined TPO in 2002 and was promoted to Service Development Director in 2006.  She began her HR career with The Charles Stark Draper Laboratories (research) and Harvey Industries (manufacturing).  She extended her career at the Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine and with Computer Learning Centers, Inc. (IT education) and capped her pre-TPO corporate HR career as Director, Human Resources for iXL, Inc. (internet).  Sharon received her B.A., Magna cum Laude, from Assumption College and has a Graduate Certificate of Special Studies in Administration and Management from Harvard University. 

Debbie Sutton

Debbie is responsible for developing and retaining great talent for TPO and ensuring that TPO standards for consulting skills, technical knowledge and practical business education are maintained.  She brings over 25 years of HR leadership to her role on TPO’s leadership team.  Debbie joined TPO in 1999 and was promoted to Staff Development Director in 2007.  She began her career in HR with Washington Mortgage Group (financial services) and extended her HR experience with RDR, Inc. (government contracting).  Debbie capped her pre-TPO corporate experience with TANDBERG, Inc. (technology).

She has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Maryland and a Masters of Human Resource Management from Marymount University.
