All TPO staff members are W-2 employees. They work in small interactive teams to provide our clients with the full range of HR strategic, transactional, and support services. Our consultants are strategic, analytical, detailed, proactive, self-directed and innovative.  They are encouraged to think independently and apply their experience to a variety of situations.  And they are focused on meeting commitments and producing results that support clients’ business objectives.

Ideal prospects for our core consulting positions will have well-rounded senior HR generalist backgrounds and demonstrated business acumen, typically reflective of 12+ years of progressive HR experience including reporting to or working directly with a chief executive.

Successful candidates have often had several years of sole responsibility for the HR function within their organization or operating unit and have worked in organizations which value the business contributions of the HR function. They have enjoyed a place on their employers' executive leadership teams, and have developed a finely tuned ability to link their efforts to the strategic direction of their organizations.  Bachelor level education is important, and an advanced degree in one of many related fields is desirable.
