As a TPO Strategy Consultant, you understand your client’s strategic plan and can succinctly articulate key barriers and actions to help them achieve their goals. You respectfully challenge your clients on how they have built, developed and leveraged their workforce. You can see links between the different aspects of your client’s business and can lead the executive team to see them too.
You actively listen to understand your client, analyze needs, see the real issues, communicate through multiple formats to a variety of audiences, create implementation plans and hold the implementation team accountable. You share equal footing with the client’s executive team, and as an objective outsider, you are a confidential and trusted advisor.
You have both business and HR in your background. Your resume might even be one that most employers find hard to peg to a certain position. You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are passionate about your work. You are curious and like to dig into the business and industry aspects of each client. You are invested in your engagements and measure your success through your clients’ results.
