Outsourcing Consultant Profile

As a TPO Outsourcing Consultant, you are at the heart of your client engagement, build rapport with executives, managers, and staff, and effectively lead the HR function. You provide the critical, day-to-day link between HR strategies, programs, and activities.

You design and implement all HR programs, and ensure compliance and administrative activities are current and in top shape. You build the internal capabilities of your clients’ executives and managers to link their human capital practices to their strategic plan.

You routinely spend time at your client’s office to build relationships, administer and manage HR processes and advance the engagement. When not at the client’s location, you continue to support them throughout the week from your office and with various TPO resources.

Your background includes at least 10 years experience in human resources, preferably sprinkled with general business experience. You want to have significant impact on your clients’ success and are comfortable being held accountable for results in all HR areas, including:
