TPO Brings Together Clients, Partners and Employees to Discuss What’s Changed and What Hasn’t Over Last 2 Decades

Falls Church, VA (PRWEB) February 20, 2014  TPO, Inc., a human resources consulting and outsourcing firm specializing in serving small- and medium-size businesses and non-profits in the Washington, DC area, today announced a yearlong, retrospective blog series called TPO@20! to commemorate its 20th year in business.

The TPO@20! blog series features interviews with a number of TPO’s clients, partners and employees who discuss what’s changed in terms of “how we work” over the last 20 years–and what hasn’t. Topics include the evolving perception of “people as an asset,” the positive and negative impacts of always-on technologies and changes in the definition of human resources.

“TPO is excited to bring together our network for what we think will be an insightful and hopefully fun series of articles to celebrate our 20th year in business,” said TPO’s President and CEO Dana Papke. “Two decades is a milestone not many organizations reach, and we wanted to take this opportunity to thank those who’ve supported us and provide some perspectives that can help us all grow for the next 20 years.”

TPO@20! launched in January 2014 and will include at least one new blog post per month during this year from a TPO partner, client or employee. To read the first several posts, please visit https://www.tpo-inc.com/about-us/tpos-20th-birthday.
